1. Services: iwebminer provides the service of extracting data from public, accessible websites (including those sites which require a user login. In such a case, you are required to provide the log in information). What information is extracted is dependent on each website -- the data and procedure are specified in your request. In all cases in which the extracted data include copyrighted data, you agree to comply with all copyright laws and rules concerning such data. You agree that iwebminer will not be held responsible for legal liabilities incurred through the use or misuse of the data obtained through the services or for any dispute with the targeted web site. 2. Payment: The charge is calculated based upon the number of websites and the number of extracted data or based upon the pre-determined price. The charge will be billed in an invoice. You agree to make the payment within fifteen days from the invoice date or pre-determined date.
